Bespoke planning services starting from £4,000

Initial Online Consultation:

For you to get to know us and us you; discussing your wedding ideas and requirements as well as exploring our planning process and next steps.

Couple Onboarding:

Onboarding Questionnaire & Brainstorming session that will go into the finer details of your wedding ideas so we can create your wedding brief, vision, budget and planning timeline.

Online Planning Portal:

Throughout the planning process you will have live access to your own planning portal where we will digitally plan and execute all elements of your wedding in a collaborative way. Giving you piece of mind throughout the entire process.

Venue Sourcing:

For your ceremony & wedding reception. This includes extensive research of venues based on your brief, presenting these venues via the planning portal and organising physical or virtual venue visits before booking.

Ceremony Organisation:

Whether you want a symbolic wedding ceremony with a celebrant or a civil wedding ceremony we will guide you through the legal requirements, documentation and booking of all wedding ceremony elements.

Supplier Sourcing:

Working with local suppliers we will research and introduce you to unlimited suppliers so you have the ability to choose the right people for your wedding.

Guest Management:

We will manage your guest communication via the planning portal. Whether its simply assigning your guests to tables, getting information for dietary requirements or making suggestions of places for your guests to stay this will all be communicated via the planning portal.

Invites & Wedding Websites:

Support & assistance with digital save the dates, invites & wedding website, this can all be achieved from within the planning portal. We've got you covered for all guest management.

Budget Management:

We're here to take away any stresses. Give us your budget and we'll track it at every step. Giving you live access to your budget tracker at all times in various currencies.

The Finer Details:

We'll create a detailed event plan for suppliers, your wedding coordinator, a wedding day timeline and visually showcase all elements of your wedding day in the run up to the wedding day.

Communication:

Unlimited through email, with all decisions made via email and quarterly online calls with updates as well as joint calls with suppliers when required. We've got your back every step of the way.

Pre Wedding Meeting:

At the venue, with a drink where you will meet your dedicated on the day coordinator to run through all the details for the wedding day with you both.

Handover Meetings:

With all booked suppliers and your dedicated wedding coordinator on the event plan, timeline and schedule prior to the wedding day.

Your Wedding Day Coordinator:

6 weeks prior to your wedding day, you will be introduced to your dedicated wedding coordinator from the Rhea Events team. From the venue hire start time, right through to your first dance, they will be with you to make sure the wedding design is executed meticulously and your day is one to remember forever.

**Note the planning fee will increase to 15% of your total wedding budget when this is over £30,000.**

**Note that travel expenses for your wedding coordinator are additional & will be issued with your final invoice.**

Flexible Payment Options:

1. Deposit and Monthly Instalments: Our most popular payment option, a 25% deposit is required followed by equal monthly payments up to one month before your wedding date.

2. Deposit and Final Payment: A 25% Deposit following by the outstanding balance paid in full one month before your wedding date.

3. Deposit and Bespoke payment Plan: The bespoke option, discuss with us when you want to make payments. A 25% deposit followed by bespoke payments as per agreement with couple, with final instalment up to a month before event date.**
